Why Mizani?

AI is reshaping Africa. The rules need to keep up.

Artificial intelligence is reshaping economies, public services and daily life across Africa. Many countries have adopted AI strategies, but few have turned them into enforceable law, information is scattered, and African voices are still under-represented in global AI governance.

Mizani means “balance” in Swahili.

We work to balance innovation with rights, and global standards with local realities.
